As a Junior Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement through compelling copywriting and effective SEO strategies. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in English or Journalism with exception written English skills and a keen interest in marketing.




Training and Development

You shall receive comprehensive training in marketing principles, industry-specific terminology, and our company’s products and services to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.


Cross-functional Collaborations

Work closely with colleagues in sales, engineering, and construction departments to understand our offerings and develop content that resonates with our target market.


Content Strategy

Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to execute content strategies that align with our marketing goals and target audience.



Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.


SEO Optimisation

Conduct keyword researching, optimise website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.


WordPress Content Management

Update and maintain our WordPress-Based website, including publishing new content, optimising images, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging.


Analytics and Reporting

Monitor and analyse website traffic, engagement metrics, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs to identify areas for improvement and track the success of marketing initiatives.

Education and Qualification(s)

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in English or Journalism.


Core competencies – Job Related

  • Exceptional written English skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing (personal, academic, or professional).
  • Willingness to learn WordPress CMS Platforms (Front end only with Gutenberg editor).
  • Eagerness to explore data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
  • Interest or willingness to learn about engineering, manufacturing, and construction services to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
