In 2018 Hadley Group acquired EWS (Manufacturing) Ltd as a demonstration of its commitment to the construction market; relocating the plant and staff from Wolverhampton to the Hadley manufacturing site in Smethwick in 2020. This move further demonstrated Hadley’s commitment to the fenestration industry as well as allowing the tradition, experience, and reputation of EWS to continue.  

Drawing upon over 50 years of Hadley Group experience and knowledge within the steel sector, we offer customised steel reinforcement sections to the fenestration market. Our Technology division works with our customers to design and develop new tooling that suits their profile systems.  

As a business, developing and innovating our inline production capabilities is key to extending the range of services we can offer – from cut lengths, to transportation options using our own branded fleet. 

As standard, we secure the industry specified and approved Z275 material to produce our steel sections; and have industry recognition as a Group ensuring we can offer excellent continuity of supply.
