HadleyFRAME were the first SCI member to achieve all four Stage 1 accreditations, with out system designed and approved for the maximum 15 storey buildings, giving you peace of mind that your residential developments are fully insurable. Accompanying this is BBA certification for our joists, studs and lintels in floors, wall and roofs of multi-storey buildings.
Our manufacturing processes have been audited and certified to ISO9001, ISO14001 and BES6001, with UKAS factory production approval. This demonstrates our commitment to the highest standard of product and service from start to finish.

Certifications in detail:
SCI NHBC Stage 1
The HadleyFRAME system has been assessed to for residential buildings up to 15 storeys high, in accordance with NHBC Standards Chapter 6.10 “Light steel framing”.
SCI LABC Stage 1
The HadleyFRAME system has been assed in accordance with the LBC Warranty Technical Manual Version 14, Section 6.3 “Light Gauge Steel Frame” and is suitable for residential dwellings up to 15 Storeys high.
SCI Premier Guarantee Stage 1
The HadleyFRAME system is suitable for residential dwellings up to 15 storeys high, in accordance with the Premier Guarantee Technical Manual Version 14, Section 6.3 “Light Gauge Steel Frame”.
CHAS Elite
The HadleyFRAME team has been awarded Elite certification after demonstrating compliance with the Common Assessment Standard and UK H&S Legislation.
Construction Line Silver
HadleyFRAME has met pre-qualification requirements appropriate to public and private sector procurement.
ISO 14001
Hadley Group design and manufacture tooling, equipment, cold roll-formed sections, and design and assemble steel frame systems with a compliant EMS.
ISO 9001
The HadleyFRAME team complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the design, manufacture, offsite assembly, fit out and on-site installation of frames and volumetric modules for the construction of residential and commercial buildings.
BES 6001
The HadleyFRAME system complies with the standards for Responsible Sourcing of Products including steel framing and allied products for the construction industry.
BCSA Steel Construction Sustainability Charter
The Steel Construction Sustainability Charter has assessed Hadley Group at Gold Standard in supporting the development of steel as a sustainable form of construction under the
three core aspects of sustainability, i.e., in terms of economic

The HadleyFRAME load bearing structural steel components have been certified by SCCS up to EXC 4 according to BS EN 1090-4:2018
BBA Hadley Cold Formed Steel Profiles
The Hadley cold formed steel profiles have been certified for use as joists, studs and lintels in floors, wall and roofs of multi-storey new and existing domestic and non-domestic buildings in dry, internal conditions, and in corrosivity category C1.
