Values & Vision

PRODUCT EXCELLENCE

Hadley Group started from a desire to make the best cold rolled products and systems in the market. This drive to provide the best solution has been woven through the fabric of our organisation, resulting in patented technological processes, continuously tight tolerances and the highest quality accreditations. Have a look through the academic publications our experts have authored through our ongoing investment in research.

PARTNERSHIP

Whether you need high security triple glazed windows in your pre-panelised steel frame or an assembly step adding to your custom profile project before shipment, we are here to help find a solution. Through collaborating with you and your team, we bring our skills and capabilities to create new product concepts and develop them until we arrive at the best performing and most cost-effective product.

ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP

We are committed to manufacturing in a low carbon world and have signed the United Nations Global Compact to support sustainable development. Each of our products has been developed to ensure it delivers optimum performance and considerable savings in raw material consumption, reducing waste and transport requirements. SOCIAL AWARENESS

We recognise the social impact we have on the communities that we operate in. Our goal is to enhance our communities, not just provide employment, but support local activities and build opportunities for all. We give back to local schools and colleges, investing time and energy in mentoring and educating the next generation in the personal and practical skills needed for their working lives. Our senior managers, skilled workers and apprentices all take part in projects in which young people can acquire the confidence to motivate themselves to be the very best that they can.

In 2022 we are a leading supporter of UWR, both providing the resource for the team to introduce and develop new race cars (a Bentley GT3 and Praga R1), and offering mentoring. Senior Project Engineer John O’Sullivan has volunteered to mentor the Formula Student team as they build their race entry for 2022.

PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT

There are few businesses operating now that can claim so many long-standing employees and home-grown talent amongst a global workforce. We have Directors, Technical Managers and Senior Engineers that have all worked their way up from our apprenticeship program. This is testament to our investment in professional development, supporting degree apprenticeships and postgraduate education.
