Hadley Group to exhibit at Blechexpo 2019

Leaders in advanced cold rolled steel technology, Hadley Group, will be showcasing its cold rollforming capabilities and expertise in custom rollforming, sheet metal work and fabrication on Stand 10304, Hall 10 at Blechexpo, taking place in Stuttgart, Germany on 5-8 November.

At the core of Hadley Group’s operations is cold rollforming and visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to view samples of the company’s custom rolled profiles and learn more about its cold rollforming process. Hadley Group’s cold rollformed profiles offer a number of advantages over extrusions, including significant weight savings and increased strength.

A central feature will be Hadley Group’s sheet metal work services. The manufacturer provides a complete range of flexible, responsive and effective services for sheet metal work and fabrication, which complements and builds upon its cold rollforming capabilities. Services include laser cutting, press braking and folding, CNC punching, profile manipulation & bending and assembly/finishing work. This alongside its coldrollforming expertise means that the manufacturer can customise profiles to meet the individual requirements of each customer and deliver a fully integrated solution.

Furthermore, visitors can learn more about Hadley Group’s capabilities in the automotive sector. With many decades of experience in the manufacture of metal profiles, Hadley Group operates in close partnership with car and commercial vehicle manufacturers around the world, producing highly complex components with all the benefits of cold rollforming technology. Its bespoke applications also mean that the company can integrate a variety of additional process steps into the rollforming line including stamping, cutting, perforation, 3D bending, laser welding and packaging.

Eric Mulder, Regional Sales Director – EU, at Hadley Group says: “We always look forward to attending events like Blechexpo as it provides us the opportunity to gain greater exposure and meet visitors from all corners of the globe to find out how we can help them and their needs. It is Hadley Group’s expert in-house knowledge and experience that gives us the edge when it comes to solving our customers’ problems or challenges, and we want customers to see our team within the Technical Centre of Excellence as an extension of their own technical team.

“Our research and development team are a group of highly qualified engineers that work in collaboration with academic and scientific institutions, and customers can tap into this wealth of knowledge to support their business activity and product development processes.”

The Blechexpo international trade fair for sheet metal processing takes place on a two-year cycle in the State Trade Fair Centre in Stuttgart and has been ranked second in the world on the list of trade fairs for sheet metal processing. The trade fair attracts thousands of decision-makers and sees over 1,300 exhibitors showcase their offerings including products and solutions for the industrial processing of sheet metal, pipe and profiles.
