We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Building Products Division on a fixed term basis.
You will be holistically focused on servicing our customers' requirements, continually striving to improve the overall customer experience to improve the Hadley Group value proposition.
• Communicate effectively in a timely manner every time to the customer. • Manage relationship with customers courteously by telephone, email, letter and where necessary face to face (at least once a year for significant customers). • Investigate and resolve customer problems, which may be complex or long-standing. • Handling customer complaints such as late deliveries, not complete orders or informing customers of production issues. • Keeping accurate records of discussions and all written correspondence with customers in the CRM. • Improving customer services processes, procedures and standards. • Analyse data to determine the level of customer service Building Products Division is providing. • Attend the daily operation meeting. • Processing the orders received onto the ERP • Ensure the voice of the customer is effectively translated to the operations of the business at all times. • Support Transport planning as and when required. • Placing and acknowledging sales orders.
• A Customer Service related qualification or 3 years’ experience within a similar role. • Must have complaint handling experience. • Sales order input experience within a contact centre environment. • Adept at working in a fast paced environment where customer excellence is key.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, LN and CRM. • Able to work within a team. • Ability to analyse data. • Confidence with dealing with high profile customers. • Understand best practice of customer services.
